Managing
Partner: Louie
Warren joined the firm in 2011 after
his retirement from 34 years of YMCA service.
Louie has been the President/CEO of the YMCA of
Greater Omaha for 17 years. He led that organization
in unprecedented growth including multiple capital
campaigns, five new facilities and five renovations.
Louie has been an active AYP and NAYDO member,
having served as Treasurer for the NAYDO Council.
In addition to his passion for the YMCA Mission,
Louie brings extensive experience in facility
design and construction management to the firm.
Managing
Partner: Dave
Fulscher brings more than 33 years
of YMCA experience to the firm. His YMCA work
in Ohio, Texas and Florida has produced results
at each stop. He has overseen more than 20 successful
annual and capital campaigns that raised millions
and involved hundreds of volunteers. He has also
developed valuable endowment programs. Dave is
a 2005 recipient of the NAYDO Eagle Award for
fundraising excellence.
Independent
Council: Ken Buss,
former YMCA of the USA Management Consultant,
began working with the firm in 2009. Ken was a
YMCA Physical Director and Executive Director
before joining the YMCA of the USA consulting
team. While a consultant for YMCAs in Illlinois,
he asssted on countless executive searches and
provided leadership to dozens of Feasibility studies
and association studies. Ken served as "dean"
of the first Executive Development Program in
Illinois.
Independent
Council: Doug
Goodfellow has held the positions
of Program Director, Branch Executive, Group VP
of Operations, VP Financial Development, CEO,
independent fund raising counsel to the South
Field/YMCA of the USA, and Financial Development
Consultant for Y-USA, serving associations in
13 states in the South, Southwest and Puerto Rico
over 38 years. With Y-USA he supported local YMCAs
providing training, consultation, and resources
related to their annual support, endowment, and
capital development programs. Since his retirement
from Y-USA in 2007 Doug has served as Endowment
Development Counsel to 21 YMCAs.
Daryl
Sieplinga, CFRE
became affiliated with J.C. Egbert & Associates
in 2002. He has had a 26 year career as a YMCA
professional serving YMCAs in Michigan and Illinois.
As a Camp Director, Associate Executive and Executive
Director in several different YMCAs, He has proviced
leadership in more than 30 YMCA capital campaigns
and feasibility studies, helping YMCAs raise more
than $100 million in capital funds for YMCAs.
He has been a presenter for NAYDO, at YMCA Regional
Conferences and the General Assembly. Daryl became
managing partner of the firm in February of 2008
and moved into a consulting role in 2011.

Jim
Egbert was a YMCA professional for
25 years before starting this firm in 1990. Jim
was a YMCA Program Director, Camp Director, and
Executive Director before becoming Vice President
of the YMCA of Minneapolis. Since founding the
firm, he has been involved in more than 100 capital
campaigns. Jim served as a trainer and mentor
for dozens of YMCA financial development leaders
throughout the U.S. and Canada. Jim passed away
on January 12, 2009 after a courageous battle
with cancer. The firm retains his name as a tribute
to one of the giants of YMCA philanthropy.
